And Chillax - Knowledge and support for parents and professionals

And Chillax offers expert educational support by providing baby massage courses and first aid classes for parents and professionals in South London. And Chillax also offers antenatal support for the preparation of birth and postnatal support in learning to care for yourself and your baby.  For over ten years, I’ve shared my knowledge and experience with a calm, positive energy that is intrinsically linked to the way your body best responds. Everything is easier when you are relaxed. My warm and friendly approach creates the perfect environment, whether you are taking in life-saving information or soothing your baby through essential touch therapy.

Baby Massage courses

Informal and informative; my sought-after baby massage classes can be enjoyed in your home or a member of your NCT or other antenatal group members home. Completely led by your baby, in an environment they are comfortable in, my intimate classes  are relaxing for carer and child. Partners are welcome to join too.

First Aid Courses

The peace of mind that comes from having a real understanding of first aid is second to none. As a fully qualified trainer and assessor, with an MA in Learning and Development who also works in a hospital, my first aid classes are designed to share vital information in a relaxed style that helps you to learn the all-important basics and effectively demonstrate the techniques. I offer classes for both parents, and professionals in schools, childminding and early years settings.

Doula services

As a fully trained and highly experienced Birth and Postnatal Doula, I now provide antenatal and postnatal care to families (no birth support - due to returning to clinical practice). I work part time in a busy hospital postnatal ward as a Midwifery assistant looking after people who have given birth and their babies.  As well as showing people how to care for their babies, I also provide breastfeeding support. Having worked in a hospital Birth Centre, I can also prepare you for what to expect and what to take to hospital and tips and tricks for your aftercare.

"Eva is really thorough with her explanations and demonstrations and has just a calmness about her, which makes taking in sometimes difficult to process information a little easier!" Rochelle Wright, Ofsted Registered Nanny

About

I'm Eva Levinson, a certified Baby Massage instructor, accredited Ofsted and HSE compliant First Aid instructor and I also work on the Postnatal ward of a local hospital.

After a long-standing career as Head of Learning and Development in the NHS and Private Healthcare, and having my own two beautiful girls, I decided to start a training enterprise and share my rich experience with parents and childcare professionals. Now, over ten years later, I have a fantastic reputation in my  work as an instructor and I also work for the leading antenatal course provider Bump and Baby Club and Blossom Antenatal.

What do our clients say?

"You were amazing Eva. It would never have been the positive experience it was without you and I credit you entirely for Flora feeding so well. So many friends birth experiences are negative but fortunately for us we have a positive one in no small part down to you. I would recommend you to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much !"

Chloe. S (Birth Client)

"I was very skeptical at first. Been a Nanny for over 30yrs. I've done soooooo many first aid courses. This one was by far the best. A very relaxed atmosphere. A lovely group of Women. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eva to anyone who wanted to do/renew their first aid course."

Karen. H (First Aid Client)

"I absolutely loved our baby massage class every week and was very sad when it was over. I met some lovely people and my rather feisty baby really chilled out during and after each class. We even shared her first rolling experience with the group:) I have continued with the massage techniques every day and she gets really happy and excited each time! Highly recommended to all new mummies and babies "
