Hello, I'm Eva.

I've been teaching first aid, running baby massage classes and supporting new families across London for over fifteen years. I work as a part time postnatal midwifery assistant & infant feeding specialist with the NHS, which means I bring real, current clinical experience into every class I teach.

My approach is warm, friendly and fear-free. The most nervous parent in the room calms down within ten minutes — because first aid shouldn't feel scary, it should feel possible.
